Master ways Sacco society was registered in November 1996 and draws its members mainly from Masterways Properties Ltd which is a property management Company. Currently the Sacco has over 750 members with a capital base of over 380 million. The Sacco is headed by democratically elected Management Board.  Our core business is mobilizing savings and extending credit to our members at affordable rates. Our Sacco has rolled out several products to cater for various needs of our members. The maximum amount currently that can be advanced is Ksh 10 million.The Sacco largely drew its membership from property owners who had offered their properties to Masterways properties ltd for professional management. However over the years our common bond has expanded. Recently in 2016 members resolved to open its common bond to the members of the public who meet criteria for membership. We also recruit corporate bodies whose properties are managed by Masterways Properties Ltd.
